A website demo built around the shop, the craft, and the people behind the counter.

Joe is developing a new website for Harv’s Butcher Shop. The work shown here is his demo at harvs.vercel.app. It has not replaced the shop’s current website at harvsbutchershop.com.

Let someone step inside.

The demo opens with an interactive shop experience and a direct introduction: “Good meat. Great company.” It gives visitors a way into the counter, the cuts, bulk shares, processing, and the people doing the work.

The design needs to serve different questions. Someone buying dinner needs a different route from a family planning a freezer share or a farmer arranging processing. Those routes are brought together in one site.

Make the information useful.

The demo includes a beef-cut explorer, a share-yield estimator, processing information, searchable frequently asked questions, and hours and directions. These features give customers ways to explore the information before contacting the shop.

Order and contact flows in the demo are marked as test mode. They are part of the work in progress, rather than a claim that a new ordering system is already operating at the live shop website.

The role behind the work.

Joe has served as Harv’s Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and Webmaster since July 2026. This demo shows the website design and programming side of that wider role. The rebuild is being developed alongside the ongoing marketing work.
